All employees of CS-Entertainment GmbH are familiar with the obligation to secrecy relating to Data Protection Law and have been obliged by CS-Entertainment GmbH to observe the same. The Customer acknowledges that the data contained in the respective contract shall only be stored and processed for purposes of accounting and Customer verification. The data shall furthermore be used for the compliance with legal regulations and for the protection of payment transactions.

Customer data shall not be transferred to third parties by CS-Entertainment GmbH unless this is crucial for the processing of the contract. The Customer agrees to receive information from CS-Entertainment GmbH independent of the concrete contractual relationship. This agreement may be withdrawn by the Customer at any time without the provision of reasons.

We collect, process and use your personal data only within the confines of the statutory provisions. This data protection declaration applies exclusively in respect of the use of the website pages offered by us. It does not apply in respect of the web pages of other service providers to which we have merely provided a link.

In the context of using our web pages, your anonymity will be preserved unless you voluntarily provide us with your personal data. Personal data are only collected if this is necessary for the use of the services offered on the website, in particular in the contact formular.

Conclusion
We care about the security of data. We only use them emarked and only pass them on to our partners, if they contribute to the fullfillment of purpose regarding our specific assingment. According to the EU-General-Dataprotection regulation and according to the Data Protection Act of the Republic of Austria starting 25.5.2018 users have the right to obtain free information on request about all stored personal data. In addition each customer or user is allowed to ajust incorrect data, block, or delete ("right to be forgotten") his personal data.
